Infor TechEd is a global event series designed for customers working deep in the technical backend of Infor’s industry-specific cloud software.
THE NEED
Infor's technical users—those configuring and customizing the software within their own organizations—needed more support, hands-on education, and direct access to Infor’s developers. The goal: create a focused, high-value event experience that delivered practical training, face-to-face connections, and insider insights in an approachable, well-branded format.
THE RESULTS
Working closely with the Infor Education team, I helped concept, brand, and execute a series of three-day, product-specific events for Infor customers around the world. I led creative development from start to finish, including:
- Event branding and visual identity
- Customer registration brochures
- Event badges and printed collateral
- Wayfinding signage, backdrops, and environmental design
- Giveaways and branded swag
- Presentation templates for speakers and trainers
- Detailed printed and digital event guides with maps and schedules
- Custom screensavers and visuals for onsite computer labs
- Social graphics and live event updates across platforms
Each element was designed to bring clarity, energy, and a cohesive experience to a highly technical audience—bridging the gap between functionality and brand.
Each event had a consistent event logo lockup paired with a signature location photo, creating a unified visual identity across all
marketing touch points.
For each event, I designed custom printed guides for attendees featuring schedules, session descriptions, venue maps, and note-taking space. The guide shown here was for a two-part event, with a reversible layout—one event detailed on each side—accommodating attendees of one or both sessions.
For select events, I designed custom floor decals to assist with wayfinding and add playful, engaging moments throughout the event space for attendees.

I created social media posts before, during, and after each event. Live photos captured during and after the events helped showcase the atmosphere and attendee experience in real time.
