The Client:
Internal employees and vendors planning customer-facing events globally.
The Need:
Large scale event-specific graphics for booths, interactive spaces, backdrops, presentations and demo stations where employees could attract customers and network, interact and demo their products.
The results:
Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking was critical as each event and booth specs were individual and unique. For each booth, I was provided a brief with space details, measurements and priorities. Working with the production vendors and event planners, I developed a strategy, execution and final art files to be produced for the events. This required implementing the current brand standards and imagery to be utilized on a large scale and creatively problem solving permanent space restrictions such as furniture, closets, and installations. Once a design was agreed upon, I created 3-dimensional mock-ups to double check utilization and appropriately instruct vendors how to print and implement the design pieces.
